FAQ — Let’s Make Something People Remember

1. What is experiential design?

Experiential design is the art of creating spaces, installations, and moments that engage all the senses and tell a story. It blends architecture, interior design, branding, and technology to craft environments that people don’t just see — they feel, remember, and talk about.

2. What kinds of projects do you take on?

We work on a wide range of projects, including:

  • Retail and showroom environments

  • Pop-up experiences and brand activations

  • Exhibition and museum spaces

  • Hospitality and public spaces

  • Outdoor installations and placemaking projects

If it involves space, people, and a memorable moment — it’s in our wheelhouse.

3. Do you handle everything from concept to build?

Yes. We can work with you from the first spark of an idea through final installation. Our process includes:

  1. Discovery & strategy

  2. Concept design

  3. Technical drawings & specifications

  4. Fabrication oversight

  5. On-site installation management

Already have part of it covered? We’re happy to jump in where you need us.

4. How long does a typical project take?

That depends on scope.

  • Small pop-up or temporary installation: 4–8 weeks

  • Medium-scale retail or hospitality space: 3–6 months

  • Large permanent installations: 6–12+ months

We’ll give you a clear timeline at the proposal stage so there are no surprises.

5. How much does an experiential design project cost?

Costs vary based on size, materials, and complexity. A small activation might start at $15k–$25k, while large permanent environments can run into the six figures. We’re committed to designing to your budget and will always present cost options early in the process.

6. Do you work with clients outside of your local area?

Absolutely. We collaborate with clients around the country (and beyond) using virtual design reviews, local fabrication partners, and on-site installation oversight when needed.

7. Can you make our space ADA-compliant and accessible?

Yes. Accessibility is part of great design. We integrate ADA compliance, universal design principles, and inclusive experiences into every project.

8. Do you only work with big brands?

Not at all. We work with both emerging brands and established names. What matters most is your vision and willingness to create something memorable.

9. How do we start working with you?

It’s easy:

  1. Book a free consultation to discuss your goals.

  2. We’ll put together a proposal with timeline and budget.

  3. Once approved, we start the design magic.
